Who: School-wide fundraising event put on by the PTA.
What: We setup a Scholastic Books shop in our Media Center. Students can shop for books, posters, trinkets and learning tools throughout the week. Extended shopping hours allow parents to come in before or after school to browse and shop.
When: November 27 - December 1 and April 29 - May 3
Where: The Media Center
Why: The Book Fairs allow us to earn thousands of dollars for the school AND get our students excited about reading.
How: To pull off this event, we need volunteers throughout the week to help setup, run the cash registers and pack the books up at the end.
$ – Cash, checks and credit cards accepted.
Tips: The Fall Book Fair is timed just before the holidays to help you check off your gift list! Grab books for your children, nieces and nephews – and shop cookbooks and hardcover books to give to adults.
The Spring Book Fair is coupled with Muffins with Mom so you can have breakfast with the kids and grab some books!
